4. Limitation of Liability
Navon Tech is not liable for any carrier fees, data charges, or messaging expenses incurred by you. We are not responsible for delays in receiving notifications or any network dropouts caused by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Governing Law
These terms of communication are governed by the laws of India and the state of Himachal Pradesh, and any legal disputes are subject to the courts of Una, Himachal Pradesh.
